Exterior and interior steel skins are pre-finished with a one full mil 3-coat process of a baked-on polyester top coat over primer on a phosphate coating. Steel skins are roll formed with a G-60 commercial-quality, hot-dipped galvanizing.

Finish is guaranteed against rust through for a full 10 years, sections against delamination for a full 5 years.

These high-quality 2" thick insulated thermally broken steel doors are designed for commercial and industrial facilities and provide the durability of a full 24 gauge, heavy duty exterior steel skin in an energy efficient door system. "Sandwich" construction consists of exterior and interior steel skins pressure bonded to an environmentally-safe polystyrene core.
